Payment information:

All prices are in USD.
Payment via PayPal.Payment is due in full upon sketch approval.
No refunds once the commission is complete.

Prices:

Single character:
Sketch = $30
Black and white (line art) = $60
Flat color = $100
Full color = $150Each additional character = 50% of base priceMaximum of three characters per picture. I will only do simple alt. versions. Otherwise it counts as a separate commission.Pricing for additional details:Complex armor, wings, additional limbs, complex tattoo, etc. = starts from $30
Floating hands, alt versions, etc. = starts from $20
Close-ups, side panels = from $40 eachBackgrounds:Simple (flats, gradients, etc.) = $10
Detailed = starts from $50 (may increase depending on complexity)

I do not draw:

• Highly detailed architecture
• Highly detailed fantasy armor
• Dragons (due to scales)
• Mechas/robots

This is not an exhaustive list, so feel free to ask if you’re unsure.

The commission process is as follows:

1. If there are free slots, send me an email. Explain your commission idea, including as much detail as possible. I will respond with whether I am taking the commission and how much it will cost.2. If you’re OK with the price, then we’ll continue via email. I’ll request an email with the name of the character and your nickname in the title. Please include all needed references (character images, pose references, details on angle, POV, etc.). Complete references and descriptions are required!3. I’ll draw a rough sketch and send it to you for feedback. I will only make edits at the sketch stage. Note that excessive edits at the sketch stage, such as requesting many details not included in the original description or other changes that deviate significantly from the original request, may come at additional cost.4. When the sketch is agreed on, I'll send you an invoice.5. I will begin work on the commission once I have been paid. Usually work takes from two weeks to two months.6. When I`m done, I will send you the link (Google Drive) to the full size image (PNG or JPG). I won’t do additional edits on the final delivered art, but I will make corrections if I’ve left out details included in the original description (a scar, pointed ears, etc.).

Things to note about this process:

I do not provide work-in-progress updates.I do not share working files.Please have a complete idea and details for your commission ready at the time of your request. I don’t usually put a lot of personal design into commission work, so please do not expect me to supply details or additional ideas during the commission process (unless you’re a friend and/or a mutual).

Usage and reposting:

All commissions are for personal use only (any commercial use of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited).You're free to repost any commissioned piece giving credit to me as an artist.You're free to use the commissioned piece for any personal/non-commercial purposes.You're free to print the commissioned piece for any non-commercial purposes.Any editing (except cropping for use in avatars/banners/etc.) is prohibited.Making animations of the artwork is allowed.

Other important info:

If your commission is time-sensitive, please include this information with your initial commission query. I cannot make any guarantees about when a particular commission will be finished if a due date is not discussed beforehand.I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.I reserve the right to post all commissioned work in my galleries.I reserve the right to use the finished piece for self-promotion (banners, announcements at conventions, etc.).I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any stage of work without explanation. Your refund amount will be determined by how much work has already been done on your commission.Any private information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared for any reason.The terms contained in this document are subject to update at any time without notice.
